CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
CHHC is always seeking caring and competent individuals to become a part of our
home care team.

Interested applicants are encouraged to visit our office to apply in person.

Applications are accepted Monday-Thursday from 9am – 3pm.

  • Each applicant will be personally interviewed and all references are
    thoroughly checked.

  • Competency testing is required for all CHHC applicants.

  • License, identification, registration and other credentials will be examined
    at the time of application and verified with the State Board of Nursing or
    other appropriate agency.

  • CHHC will request a criminal history background from the Indiana State
    Police for all employees. CHHC will also obtain other criminal history
    background data as required by any other entity as applicable.
